Oh My Baie Rosé is a sophisticated, alcohol-free rosé wine from the heart of Provence, made from a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Marselan and Merlot grapes. Produced from high-quality organic fruit by a family-run château north of Aix-en-Provence, it is delicately dealcoholised to 0.0% ABV using low-temperature vacuum distillation. This advanced method preserves the wine’s natural aromatics and character while offering a drier, more balanced profile than many in the category.
